Let Mila, operated by Easy Living Team, provides an AI-powered business assistant and related services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

• Business records, instructions, messages, files, calendar information, and campaign materials you choose to use with Mila.
• Data received from services you connect, including Microsoft 365, Google Ads, Meta, Shopify, and other authorized business tools.
• Technical and usage information needed to secure, maintain, and improve the service.

How we use information

• Provide the features and actions you request.
• Prepare drafts, reports, reminders, calendar proposals, and advertising materials for your review.
• Protect accounts, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, and maintain an audit history.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

We do not sell personal information.

Connected services and Meta data

When you connect a third-party service, Mila accesses only the information and permissions you authorize. Meta information may include Pages, advertising accounts, campaigns, media, and performance data. We use that information only to provide the advertising features you request. Campaigns created through Mila are created paused and require your approval before activation.

Your use of connected services is also governed by each provider's terms and privacy policy. You can revoke a connection through the provider or ask us to disconnect it.

AI processing

Mila may send relevant instructions and business content to approved AI service providers to generate the drafts, analyses, images, and recommendations you request. We limit the information shared to what is needed for the requested feature and require approval before Mila sends messages or activates advertising campaigns.

How we share information

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate Mila, fulfill your instructions, secure the service, or comply with law. We do not share information with unrelated parties for their own advertising.

Storage, security, and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and protected credential storage. No system is completely secure. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain legitimate business records.

Your choices and data deletion

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or ask us to disconnect a linked service. Some records may be retained where required by law or for security and audit purposes. To make a request, email us at mike@easylivingteam.com.

Children

Mila is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Mila changes. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
